Terms of Service

1. Who operates BIunify
BIunify is operated by UCIB Corp, the trade name of Bilal Ben El Kadi, a French sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) registered under SIREN 951630516 (SIRET 95163051600023, APE code 6201Z), operating under the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses (franchise en base, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). 2. The service
BIunify is a subscription tool for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric consultants: it centralizes DAX measures in reusable templates and deploys them, with your review, across your clients' semantic models via a shared Service Principal. It is intended for professional (B2B) use, not for consumers.
3. Account
You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything that happens under it. One account belongs to one Organization; teammates can be invited from the Agency and Enterprise plans, subject to their seat limit.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a 7-day free trial. You're not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; we don't offer refunds for a period already billed, but cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (connections, seats) are enforced as described on the pricing page, which may be revised from time to time. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for tax purposes on these transactions: depending on your location, VAT or local sales tax may be calculated, collected, and remitted by Stripe and added to the price shown at checkout.
5. Your data and content
You remain the owner of everything you create in BIunify, your DAX measures, templates, and report layouts. By using the service you grant us the right to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (and, for shared Organizations, to the teammates you or your team's owner invite). BIunify connects to your clients' Power BI/Fabric workspaces using a single Service Principal shared across all customers, never your clients' own credentials, and never a Service Principal specific to one client.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep BIunify available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Before relying on a deployment in production, review the diff preview we show you. Nothing is written to a client's semantic model without your explicit confirmation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or applicable law, or that we reasonably believe is being used to access systems without proper authorization.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
